Submit an inquiry through the order form with your event details, and you’ll receive a response within 24–48 hours regarding availability and pricing.

How far in advance should I order?

Orders are typically booked 4–8 weeks in advance. Limited availability is maintained to ensure each design receives full attention to detail.

Is my order confirmed after I submit the form?

No. Orders are confirmed once availability is approved and a deposit has been received.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing reflects the level of detail, number of designs, color palette, and overall complexity of your design.

Do you offer logo or branded items?

Yes, custom logo cookies are available and priced based on detail and quantity.

Pickup & Timing

Where are you located?

Pickup details will be provided once your order is confirmed. We are located in Stonelick Township, near Owensville, OH.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery is available to the Greater Cincinnati area for a distance-based fee.

What if I need my order sooner?

Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability and may include an additional fee.

Ingredients & Care

Do you use artificial food dyes?

No. Trillium is a 100% artificial dye-free bakery.

Do you use seed oils?

No. We use real butter and organic avocado oil, exclusively.

Can you accommodate gluten-free and other dietary restrictions?

Yes. Please indicate your dietary preferences on your inquiry form and we will discuss options to accommodate.

Changes & Policies

Can I make changes to my order?

Minor changes may be accommodated if requested early. Final design details are confirmed prior to production.

Do you accept cancellations?

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be applied toward a future order.
